The DS 10 Luxury Active Vehicle is the outcome of a practice study for interior and exterior i did next to my internship at CNH Industrial. The Idea for the DS 10 came from a Photoshop sketch from august 2017. In the beginning of 2018 I decided develop the design in Photoshop and later to work it out in Alias.

I played with the idea of combining active and luxury elements on the DS 10LAV. This expresses in the two different materials used on the exterior. The strong black and product-design-like matte parts on the vehicle are in contrast with the metallic painted elegant sculptural elements. In the interior there is a strong contrast between materials. The use of black marble and metal give the interior an elegant and premium feel. The fabrics and plastic elements are inspired by modern sportswear with its bright color accents and use of different textures.

The DS 10 is a hybrid 4×4 6 seater. Above the panorama roof there is a fixed roofrack. On this roofrack can hold a box or surfboard with a magnetic connection. The main front lights are hidden behind the pattern of the front grille. The rear lights give the vehicle a strong visual identity. The doors can be opened by fingerprint readers on the doors. The interior features a panorama screen on the dashboard that can be controlled by voice or by the central button.
